BNI & The Power of One

This week we answer another show submission from a member who asks:

When does a contact sphere turn into a "click"?  What are the effects on the rest of the chapter and how does it effect the contact sphere?  If a member is in a very successful contact sphere do they loose sight of the importance of also referring to the other members not in their sphere?  Most importantly, how much money are they leaving on the table by not paying attention to the members outside their sphere?

This week we answer a show submission!  The question is: I am a landscaper, I don't have the funds to build a new crew mid season
to handle more referrals.  In order to provide the best service I can't take
on more clients this year, even with hiring more people (which I have) I
just can't take more business.  Great problem but besides passing referrals,
one-to-ones, and meetings how can I still benefit this year from BNI?  I
want to plan for next year already to handle 2-3 more crews.  What's your
advice?
